Updating :)

Well. We've been here in Oklahoma for almost a month now, the days seem to be getting faster and we seem to be getting more busy! This past weekend we went down to LETRA with some of Kasey and his buddies to do a little bit of camping and cooking out and just relaxin'! it was great to get to know some of his battle buddies that he has been with for the past 10 weeks! and some good new to pass on Kasey has don't so well on his test while he has been here he's gotten all 100's! yay!! hopefully he'll graduating being the leading man! but here's some more recent pictures! :)

Well we haven't been doing to much over the week while daddy's been gone, but he's home for the weekend and our new "spot" has been @ LETRA - (Lake Elmer Thomas Rec. Area) we love it! We went there last night ( June 5) with our newest friends here the Sutej's. Alex is in Kasey's platoon and his wife is Mallory. They brought there 2 dogs out there and Kyla made friends quickly with them! of course! We just cooked out and sat around the lake and drank a few. Got kinda late then decided to go to there apartment and have a few more on there porch. Its been pretty nice with the weather lately... not storms as of yet. Nothing like OHIO has had.. weird to say that Ohio has had worst storms then Oklahoma!... Tornado Alley!! I only have a few pictures of this weekend since we didn't do to much!

We've been pretty busy this Memorial Day week/weekend! We started driving one day and ended up finding a whole lot of things to do around here! We found Mt. Scott, Medicine Park, and LETRA- Our "beach". We're all so worn out fromt he sun, and look like lobsters! hahaha but it was good family time :]

HOT HOT HOT!

Well... We made it to Oklahoma and we're getting all snuggled in. Everyone left yesterday after dinner to head back to Ohio. We decided to stay in for the rest of the night and spend some time together since its been 2 months :) Today, i got up early cooked my hungry kids breakfast, we got around and headed to Elmer Thomas Park. The park is gorgeous. We packed a picinic (that we never ate, because of a sleepy little one) and stepped outta the car to a TON of geese and ducks! Kyla was sooo excited to feed the birds! I dug out our bread for our picinic, to let kyla feed them. We played for about an hour, then sis was SO tired she almost fell alseep while daddy was carrying her back to the car! I have a ton of pictures but can't upload them... my disk is back in Ohio. So, after mom sends it back to me we can upload them all! :)
